Personally, I'm pro-morality first and then pro-condom. Don't be with someone you are not married to. That level of commitment will make a child conceived less likely to be unwanted. And then, if you are married and you don't want kids, use birth control.
It's odd to me that our culture hates tobacco and transfats because they're bad for you, but no one has the nerve to speak out about the serious physical and mental health issues resulting from casual sex. Nearly every TV show and movie assumes that no one waits until marriage and even mocks people who have had only a handful of sexual partners. But if someone on those shows smoked, it's a big problem.

Do you agree with apparent Senate Candidate from Louisiana Stormy Daniels on the abortion issue?
Campaigning in Dehli, Louisiana at a 4th of July celebration, she said:
"People are always asking me if I am pro life or pro choice," Daniels said. "I say I am pro condom because if you are pro condom, it kind of alleviates the rest of that issue."

I disagree with the assumption that condoms never fail. Behaviors do have consequences, and while condoms dramatically reduce the risk of pregnancy, even their packages warn that they are not 100% at preventing pregnancy or protecting against STD's. By implying that condoms never fail, we are telling people that there is "safe sex" and not to worry about consequences. That mindset along may be why we have so many unwanted pregnancies. Personally, I'm pro-morality first and then pro-condom. Don't be with someone you are not married to. That level of commitment will make a child conceived less likely to be unwanted. And then, if you are married and you don't want kids, use birth control.

It has already been determined that "morality", however often preached, is ineffective in reducing unwanted pregnancies.
Many people do speak out against casual sex. Other people speak out in favor of it.
