The thrower said in Arabic on throwing his first shoe "" هذه قبلة الوداع لك يا كلب "" which means "" This kiss goodbye to you, dog "" and while throwing his second shoe he said "هذا هو لجميع الأرامل والأيتام الذين قتلوا في العراق". which means "This is to all the widows and orphans of those killed in Iraq."
Asker's Rating:
• Very well done... would have also liked to give a dollar to the other guy who fact checked it, perhaps when the system allows it.

" هذه قبلة الوداع يا كلب"

Figured it out after quite a bit of searching through Google-translated webpages for variations on the translated phrase ("this is a farewell kiss, you dog") translated back into Arabic and some checking to make sure that is in fact the correct phrase.
