about PNC Bank
PNC Bank on Northfield & Emery Roads in North Randall, Ohio--ATM printed out a receipt showing a withdrawal of $80.00 no money. State contro
I was told these machines are "State Control" machines. My company has filled out the necessary dispute form. 2 questions: Why couldn't I get my money then? and This bank does not have a reputation for being honest-what do I do if they say they "balanced"? I do plan to consult an attorney.
