If your drive letters that your music and movies were on were on the same drive (physical) that means your drive was partitioned. If so you could have inadvertently deleted the partition table when you reformated. But that's not necessarily what you did. If you still see the drive letters in Windows you should be ok. (as least as far as your data goes).
Virus wise you did the right thing re-format. But you don't want your new OS to boot and touch a infected drive letter otherwise you could infect it all over again.
That's why some are saying you need to boot with a Live disc an scan with AV your data drive letters. If these are physically different drives I'd just unplug them when the machine is off. Boot into my newly installed OS and download and install AV. Shut the computer off again; re-connect the drives. Turn it back on then run AV from your OS.

First, download and create the Ultamite Boot CD for Windows: http://www.ubcd4win.com/ Boot into the CD and use an included anti-virus program to scan D:\ and E:\. (Make sure you update first). If everything is clean, then just reinstall Windows on the C drive and you should be good to go. If not, then remove any viruses it finds and scan again to make sure everything is clean. Once it is, just reinstall Windows and you should be able to access your files.

i removed the virus
but now Question is can i get those music and movies files back
Movies are deleted and mp3 is overwritten by same file name but of 156 kb and of 13 sec
when i play these mp3 there is a sex voices
Not sure I got much for you. If your AV has a history of the virus's you might be able to do some research and see if anybody has some recovery tools out there. Of coarse you could look into undelete programs that might be able to recover some of the mp3 files. But there's a good chance even with that your going to lose a lot of files and there proper names; of coarse itunes or something could re-tag them.
