Please remove the photo of the ice cream truck and boys in costume from your site.You did not ask for permission to use it.

That photograph is not posted up by Mahalo. It is in the "google and flickr" portion of the page. It is only a thumbnail that provides a link to the page. If you want it removed, contact the link provided by clicking on the photograph. As it is not posted actually on Mahalo.
Or you could ask the manager of the page, nicely to change it. However, it isn't Mahalo's fault it is there, as it is picked up from "google and flickr". If you read the site the photo is posted at TOS, they are more than likely allowed to use your photographs for this purpose of drawing in traffic on their website. If not, contact them to take it down.
