1 head of cauliflower, separated into flowerets
1 bunch broccoli, separated into flowerets
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Preparation:

Combine cauliflower, broccoli, bell pepper, and onion. In a separate bowl or large measuring cup, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar. Pour mayonnaise mixture over vegetables; toss to coat. Cover and chill for 2 to 4 hours.

1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets
2 cups hard-cooked eggs, diced (optional)
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
..DIRECTIONS
1.Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Crumble and set aside.
2.In a medium sized salad bowl, layer in order the broccoli, cauliflower, eggs, cheese and bacon.
3.Prepare the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Drizzle dressing over top and serve.

1/2 broccoli florets
1 sweet yellow bell peppers
1 sweet red bell pepper
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 salt to taste
1 black pepper to taste
1 parsley leaves
1 pita sesame, cut into wedges
Directions:-
Parboil and drain the cauliflower and broccoli.
Combine with bell peppers in a medium salad bowl.
Whisk together the garlic, tahini, water, lemon juice
, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
Check seasonings and adjust if necessary.
Refrigerate covered until well chilled.
Serve on a platter garnished with fresh parsley and pita wedges.
