1- Low cost cellular monitoring service: For $39.99 per month, I was able to secure a monitoring service that operated entirely via cellular link – meaning that the equipment in my home communicates with a central monitoring station via cellular communications. (This is important, because it means that if a burglar disables your phone line, the monitoring system is still communicating via cellular link.) I get basic monitoring, environment, health, and fire monitoring, as well as interactive services (SMS and email updates) and videocamera services. If I went with ADT or Brinks, I would not get the interactive services – which give me piece of mind when away from home – and I would have to pay hundreds of dollars for the videocamera services. More important, because FrontPoint’s solution is self-installed, I did not have to pay an installation fee, nor did I have to wait for a technician to come to my home to set up the equipment.
2- FrontPoint is a GE Security Authorized Dealer: GE IS in fact the way to go for home security equipment, especially when you have a monitoring service whose staff is well-trained on the equipment, able to provide robust consultative services, and able to support you in keeping the equipment well-maintained. FrontPoint has been recognized by GE – as a GE Security Authorized Dealer – for the volume, broad coverage area, and stellar service that they provide. HUGE plus for me to get an affordable, cellular-based monitoring service with best-in-breed equipment.
I hope this helps your readers – I have had a great experience with FrontPoint. They have given me untold peace of mind, without having to break the bank.

M$When I called a few months back to cancel our monitoring service, the service representative offered to discount our monthly fee to encourage me to stay. It wasn't just a bait and switch. They actually lowered my monthly fee by a decent percent without any reduction in services.
We switched from ADT on our current home because they wanted an outrageous amount of money to expand our system when we remodeled. Brinks swooped in and upgraded our system at a very reasonable price. Even so, I have to think that ADT would do the same, given a similar situation and today's cut throat market.

M$I haven't had much experience in the subject because I have only had one security system in my life, and I used ADT. It seems to be a fine system; I haven't had any problems at all so far. Definitely do some research and compare prices, figure out what features are important in the unit for you, etc. http://www.texasskidsteer.com/skidsteersforsale.html
Yeah, google is the best place to go for any kind of searching you have to do. Really, I am a google girl through and through. Last year I googled foundation repair and not only did I learn how to repair my foundation, but I found a great company that did it for me. Fabulous.
