How to deal with a group of bullies?

there is no guardian angels in White Plains, NY when my friend Manuel agot beat by white guys who dress plain White Shirt and light blue jeans because these guys never give up calling names because he is weak and doesn't fight. I saw my friend manuel he was frustrated and bully when ever go to college and went home broken teeth. He told me one time that if he ears alot of money he wants to study muay thai against them. that's the one I having problem about maybe you can help him how to fight with the bully or give some advice

depending on the ages of you guys. call the cops is a good thing, from what it sounds i think they could spend a while in jail. if they are sometype of gang that could lead to more time. and trying to fight them is a bad idea. you dont want to die. i think learning karate or some self defense is a good idea.
