does anyone know where to get psp demos from?

I like in the uk so any demos for the us or japan prob wont work

that never worked. i downloaded the media manager and ever time i tried to download something it game me a wierd file that windows didnt recognise. its too small to be the demo and when i loaded it with the media manager and nothing happened
