We are at 98.6 % complete and have collected all the minikits and all the red blocks can't get to 100% complete.1 locked character

We have one character left to unlock too. We have done it all and still only at 98
.6%. What are we missing?

Best thing to do is read up on the game. Type in the name of game plus tips, hints, cheats, walkthoughs whatever you are looking for and you should find sites that can help you. Walkthroughs are very helpful. I use the two sites below alot.
