Placing a dome over the Oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico, will it work?
Will placing a large dome over the oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico work as expected? The plan is to capture the oil inside of the large dome and then pipe it to the surface for collection in tankers. What are the possible problems that could occur?
