Physics acceleration question

A goat loses his grip on a steep hill and slides down the slope while accelerating at a constant rate of 1.4 m/s2. If it takes him 15 seconds to reach the bottom, what velocity is he traveling when he hits the ground?

Since acceleration is velocity over time, determining the velocity is as simple as multiplying the time by the acceleration. In this case, 1.4 m/s2 x 15s = 21 m/s.

Velocity = 21 meters per second

You have the basic idea/source correct, but the goat would only be moving at 21 m/s if it were traveling at a *constant* velocity. The question, however, claims the goat is *accelerating* at a constant rate of 1.4 m/s^2.
