It doesn't appear that what you have asked has happened. It looks like a simple case of rebranding. In this case you can still find TWIP listed at a new site called http://www.twiplog.com/ .

Scott has sometime back that he was passing the torch of TWIP on to his friends. So I think he still has an interest in it but he's moved on to other projects.
