You should be able to do this by signing into your mobile with your Google Account, and Google Latitude.

You might want to try Google Mobile Sync, but I'm not sure if it works with the Maps. I know it works for calendar and contacts on the N95.

You can sync other things, using Google Sync, like contacts and such, but at present you can't automatically sync maps and earth.

I am not shure but if you have an account on your pc on google earth then you should be able to sign in onto your phone and the favorites be stored on your account, the favorites might only be rememberd on your pc but i would first cheak and see on the account.
