if you have a female with no mate, she might throw the eggs out of the nest to make room for her next laying. they eventually get old and they can tell that they're not worth setting on any more.
if you have a male and female pair, they might be cleaning out the nest of unfertilized eggs, in the same way as a female alone does, to make room for her next brood.
pay it no mind. it is a normal behavior.
