Hi, Dogs with longer, thinner jaws do tend to have problems with tooth decay.

Take her to the vet, if the vet recommends, have her teeth scaled and/or cleaned and those that need to be extracted should be removed.

Going forward, try kibble (dry food) that will help scrape tartar off your dog's teeth. Try to brush your dog's teeth yourself also, if you can get them used to this, it does help.

Taking care of your dog's teeth will prolong their life - just as it is beneficial for us to take care of our teeth.
