I manage a pet retail store and I have found some hot sellers. Ty Bow wow Beanies are a big seller for puppies and small dogs especially the octopus. Katie's Bumpers are made of recycled fire hose and are stronger than most toys but are NOT distructable. Planet Dog toys are guaranteed toys and part of the proceeds to go to homeless animals. West Paw Design toys are guaranteed too, they float and are made of 10% post industrial waste. Premier pet Products has many items that are good for chewers or dogs that need mental stimulation (Tug-A-Jug, Chuckle, bouncy Bone).

@hortyman: Next time, could you be more complete with your answer? What brand of chew toy? Website for that chew toy?

I t really depends on what your dog likes i have a chihuahua and he likes stuffed animals with squeekers,rubber balls, and rope toys

My female Rottweilers have always been very partial to big soft stuffed toys with squeakers. Most have come from PetsMart. I think it has to do with their maternal instinct. They've never damaged them, just loved them to death!
