The best thing to do is sprinkle sea salt around all the doors and windows to keep spirits and negative energy out. If you are sure the spirits are already in the home then you need to cast them out. You really can do this yourself by sprinkling the salt around and tell them they must leave in the name of god. But if you do not feel up to it you could call in a professional psychic.
