I have a 2yr. old papillon dog who has recently started peeing on my boyfriend whom I know for fact has never done anything wrong to him....
he cowers away from my boyfriend and pees on him even when he seems happy. i am lost.

It could also be from excitement or from being jealous. My dog always pees when my one friend comes over. It only happens when she visits.
