Here is a form for breeder referral in the US for the Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever from the NSDTR Club. It also contains a link to a pdf entitled, "So you think you want to get a Toller..." explaining details of getting a puppy. I wish that link had more info on the quirks of the breed but I'm sure you can find those elsewhere on the website. There is also a page on that site for Toller rescue if you're open to that route as well.
