how many years of regular college is required before a veterinarian college?

after high school when i go to college is there a required amount of years of regular college before my 4 years of veterinarian college?

Do a little research. What I mean is find out what classes you have to have in order to apply for vet school. All vet schools require different classes. That should give you an idea of how much school is required. I just finished up my degree as a vet tech and that took four years. Now, I am going on to vet school at that is going to take another 4 years.
