I recommend that you find the nearest wild animal rescue/sanctuary to care for the rabbit. It is very difficult to do or learn to do in a short period of time, and the rescue has people who've been caring for wild bunnies for years. It will have a better chance at surviving if you take it to a wild animal rescuer/rehabilitater.
