I found one that lists both, the second source contains an advertisement for puppies with disclaimer at bottom from the Australian dogzonline that the buyer is responsible for verifying all information. That breeder website does not currently work though. Perhaps you could also try links for the other two dogzonlne sites at the top and/or find other sources in professional associations to check on this or more breeders. Better business bureaus may also help.

I intend to get a second Kelpi. I need a kelpie affiliated to both the WKC and the ANKC. Are there such breeders?
my kelpie is now working as a rescue dog in Belgium. could you give me names of breeders affiliated to both councils because I need the pedigree for international work.
