When naming cats, I always wait until a know a little about the cats personality.
I know many people who have given their cats funny names.
This of course can be done with cats more than dogs since cats never pay attention to their names (unless it sounds like a can being opened).
My current all black cat is named C.A.T. ("ciati")
but lately I just call her Purr-purr.
I had a friend with a cat that was always in trouble, so she was called "Damn -Cat".
I'm sure once you watch your cat play and frolic around, that something will just pop up and have a nice ring to it!
