Does anyone know how cat naps got their name? I spend a lot of my day taking dog naps.

Well I am not providing any sources because this is background knoledge of this. I have tons of cats. They sleep a lot, sometimes long periods of time but usually shot. So when humans take a short nap it is kind of like what Cats do when they nap. so it got the name Cat Nap
