Does anyone have any tips on how to control a small dog who barks at trucks, bikes, big dogs, and small children? ugh, what a nightmare!

I have had this problem in the past with my small dogs too.
I found out that all I needed to do was to remind them that I am the pack leader.
As long as you stay calm, submissive and know how to be the pack leader, your dog won't feel a need to always bark and protect you.

(I would only resort to using a shock collar if you've tried every other way without success)
