Most female dogs don't go looking for their puppies once the hormones are gone -- usually a while after they're done producing milk. Once they're separated and the pups are gone, especially after multiple litters, the memory of those pups fades.
If your female is spayed (that is, has had her reproductive organs removed), then there is no hormones to remind her of puppies. It's unlikely that she "is looking" for her puppies a la 101 Dalmatians.
That being said, if your Beagle is a male, then no. The male Beagle is unlikely to have much contact with any puppy because the maternal instinct of the female would cause her to shoo him away in most cases. By the time the pups might be old enough for their sire to see them, they'd probably be eight weeks or more and would be going to new homes.
So, my answer is no. You dog is most likely social and just wants to meet other dogs.

Do beagles that have been used for breeding ever search for their puppies
I was told this because my beagle was always going in the sound of barking dogs and someone told me that they remember their puppies and go searching for them

Well, no one knows what really goes on in the minds of dogs. But I'd venture to say that your Beagle is paying attention to barking dogs because she may have been with a group of dogs and is very social. A bark of a particular dog might remind her of a buddy she might have had at one time, or more likely, she's looking for new pals.
