It depends on when you submit your return in relation to the processing cycle.
http://www.efile.com/tax-refund/where's-my-refund.asp has a list of estimated IRS refund dates and the return submission dates. Direct deposit times vary from paper checks as well. The e-file website (http://www.irs.gov/efile/) says in as little as 10 days via direct deposit.

I received mine in about 2-3 weeks. The later you file, the longer it may take.
