Pending Revenue, Both my girlfriend and I did not get our Pending Revenue put into our balance on the 1st. Was there a problem?

Not all of the pending revshare transfers over on the 1st of the month - only the *confirmed* amount of "pending" transfers over to "confirmed". It takes revenue ~15 days to be confirmed by Google. Thus, money you earned yesterday, the day before, and the day before has not been confirmed by Google yet and therefore will not transfer from pending to confirmed. This is why 100% of pending does not transfer over - it's only pending revenue that's 15+ days old that gets switched over.
Mahalo's RevShare system has always been set up like this, except now we are formalizing the dates of transfer.
