(Oblivion IV)Hi, i just want to know how to drop items. I can't move because i've plenty of items with me plz?

From the beginning i've been collecting items and now it has exceed the limit i can carry and i can't move. Is there a method or a key to press to drop items? Oblivion IV The elder scrolls PC Version

Shift+click items in your inventory. When you leave your inventory, they will 'pop' out of you and onto the floor.
