I presume you still have the product installed. In that case, you can search for it by using a product key searcher like Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder. Download it here:
http://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder/ and search your registry for the product key.

If you haven't installed it any more, you need to contact EA or Criterion (www.criteriongames.com). If you can somehow prove you have a legitimate version, and you registered your product when you bought it, they might be able to re-issue it to you.
