I have a problem beating this level on PC. When I get to the cafe and press E, nothing happens.
it just keeps popping up the same message over and over(press E to get on a computer).

It should be pretty straight forward, just walk into an internet Cafe and make sure you walk right up to a computer terminal, if "E" isn't working it could be because you changed your keys. But when you walk right up the terminal it should pop -up "Press E to log on"

No, dude, I have the same f--king problem...i think it may be caused by GTA 4 second patch. did you installed that patch?
