You will have to download an ActiveX component, but the results are honest. If you can, please use IE for the test as I find it works much faster on IE.

I have used it several times.

Yes. It will run OK. Your video card is a little bit slow but is perfectly adequate - you might need to reduce the settings a little bit, and you probably won't be able to run it at 1920x1200 if you have a 24" monitor, but it should be good at lower resolutions or on medium settings. Everything else is just fine.

According to Wikipedia, your 9500GT is most similar to an 8600GT. Depending on what the card is, it may be a bit faster or slower, but it should be about the same.
Here are some benchmarks for the game:
http://www.overclock.net/video-game-news/408016-hs-call-duty-world-war-graphics.html
This shows about 36fps at 1680x1050. You'll need to turn the resolution down some more to get smooth play, but all in all it doesn't look too bad.
If it doesn't run fast enough for you, you can get a Radeon HD4830 for $85 if you're in the US:

In the same set of benchmarks, it shows 47fps at 1920x1200 *with* 4x anti aliasing. It really is a steal for $85.
