Picking up the trail bugged for me so I had completed the quest before entering Little Lamplight which means I can't get into Vault 87 help

I don't get those options to ask premisson from Mayor McCready to enter Vault 87, or any of the other kids

Don't you have a previous saved game? It seems to me that this is the only one solution you have.

If you don't have any previous saved game, you will need to start playing the game all over again, sorry, but this time make sure that you have the game full patched, indeed the lamplight is very buggy, I don't know why.
