The 9400 M's are integrated, meaning they don't have dedicated memory.

I would also take into consideration that if you are running XP 32bit, you can only use a total of 4GB for memory. So if the NVIDIA GeForce 9400 M is 512mb, then your laptop will only use <3.5GB of memory and use the other 512 for for the video memory.
But in my opinion, I think it should run fine unless the memory is shared, then you might have some problems.

I forgot to mention that processor speed is also very very important when running games of this caliber.
