For the Grand Theft Auto 4 Escuela of the Streets, I can't play the mission, I just can follow that drug dealer to the warehouse but he never went in. What do I do?

he stays in his car, nothing happen.
can anyone send me a game safe of the mission (escuela of the streets) ?
so I can move on.

If no one sends you a game save, I would advise restarting from the beginning of the mission. It sounds like the mission has a bug and just failed when you got to the part where Manny is supposed to get out of the car and tell you to waste the drug dealers (who go into the nearby warehouse).

There is a patch that may solve this issue. I assume you're using the PC version of the game? This may work:
