Can someone help me with the Escuela of the Streets mission in Grand Theft Auto 4?

The first time I tried everything was OK. I got killed by the dealers so i tried the mission again after the dealer stops and Manny says to park behind him. Nothing happens! There's no yellow marker!PLEASE HELP!
