M$gparted is another good linux tool, but qtparted is just as good. I also like this answer. go free!

If you want to run QTparted (it's free and does the same job as Partition Magic), download the Ark Linux (http://www.arklinux.org/) LiveCD. After you burn the CD, boot your computer from the CD and run QTparted. No installation, no fuss, no muss.
