We had GREAT success with the MacLaren 'Volo'. There is also a newer one called the Triumph which has three seat positions which might be nice. MacLaren is a wonderful company - you cannot go wrong with any of the products.
The Volo is similar but even lighter than the xt mentioned by another member here. Our kids were in this stroller comfortably until 5 years old (we used this product almost daily for 7 years - no issues!) - at which point they just got a bit too heavy for me to push them around in it - they were still happy to sit in it and it was sturdy enough to hold them.
All the strollers come standard with all the bells including 1. locks for the brakes, 2. padded handles, 3. under carriage baskets and 4. rain covers etc. Very nice looking and they roll extremely well - there's no comparison to the typical 'umbrella strollers' you might have experienced - I could easily push and steer with one hand - nice.
Among the other funky new manufacturers on the market in the last few years these strollers are still - in my opinion - the best deal.

What is the easiest and lightest stroller in your opinion?
Bulky strollers are difficult to load and unload. If the stroller is too light, it damages easily. What stroller brand have you found to be effective?

My sister uses Maclaren Techno XT. She does lots of air travel and she has small built. Hence, she needs something easy to lift yet durable. She uses for her daughter from the day she was born until now (daughter is 3 years old). http://www.maclarenbaby.com/us/content/view/105/497/lang,en/
