I have four kids and most of them stopped napping around 3.5 yrs. At age four they are normally getting ready to start school and all of mine were in afternoon kindergarden classes which made nap time obsolete. The good news is that when they were done with napping in the afternoon it made bedtime a much easier experience because they were tired and fell asleep much faster. As a parent you know your kid the best, follow your instincts.
