i read that in mayan civilization the people honored the papaya tree as their sacred tree of life? please provide some details.

I do not see any evidence that this is true. The only sites mentioning the idea are suspicious sites selling papaya products. Unless someone else finds something, I would conclude that this is strictly fiction by the marketing people selling "natural" products.
