M$I would suggest that comprehensive listings are going to be hard to come by for free, because it would be very labor intensive to input and track all the doctors, where they practice and move around to, etc. But I've had good luck with Angie's List in this regard, no for being comprehensive, but for being in depth and providing good references for providers in my area.
