Where did Judge David Hamilton say prayers for Allah were permitted (in contrast to his 2005 ruling against Christian prayers in Court)?

Judicial Nominee Says Prayers to Allah Okay, But Not to Jesus March 26, 2009.
"Hamilton is also an enemy of the First Amendment and religious freedom. Interestingly enough, Hamilton has ruled that prayers in Jesus Name at the Indiana House of Representatives was unconstitutional, but prayers to Allah were not."

After reading what I believe to be the offending judicial opinion in this case, Hinrichs v Bosma, I could find no basis for the claim that prayers to Allah were permitted while Christian prayers were not. This ruling explicitly states that prayer proselytizing or showing preference to any particular faith were not allowed in the context of this ruling.
A later ruling in limited favor of Muslim inmates' right to worship in a correctional facility might be twisted to indicate that Hamilton was in favor of Muslim prayer, but it would be a stretch based on entirely different circumstances.
