Good question. I think what George Bush did wrong is have sex with Barbara Bush. Then approximately 9 months later. W popped out. We were on a collision course with disaster from that moment.

Now if you are talking about W. Then the list is much longer.
1. Lied to the American people about the WMD.
2. Wiretapping.
3. Torture.
4. Cronyism. That is. Appointing someone to a position that they should not even have been interviewed for. See Katrina and "Brownie"
5. Run for a second term.
6. Iraq
7. There is more I just cannot think of them.
