Given the descriptions, I think I'd take the winning goal in the world cup.
Athletes and actors often get equal amounts of attention, but I think the camaraderie and long lasting friendship of one's teammates is more important than the fleeting praise of yet another movie.

Would you rather score the winning goal for your country in the World Cup or accept an Oscar for Best Actor?
Imagine you firing an absolute cracker into the goal to win the world cup in the 90th minute with the world cheering for you madly. Now imagine stepping to center stage to thank all the little people at the Oscars (kissing Halle Berry on the mouth!). What would you rather do?

I agree with that, plus you got a better and larger crowd at a world cup game to cheer for you.
