I doubt it very much. Firstly the text looks like its been added in, the logo looks fake (way to cheezy to be the real deal) and finally, why in Gods name would they print everything off on a sheet... I think it's bull.
But if not my predictions were quite good! haha

And it is certainly fake -- if the gray lines of the background are supposed to be the wrinkles of a smoothed and scanned piece of paper, why then isn't the font over those "wrinkles" distorted in any way? Fake fake fake.

"After final ballots are tabulated, only two partners of PricewaterhouseCoopers know the results until the famous envelopes are opened onstage during the Academy Awards presentation."
The letter isn't even addressed from someone that would know the winners in the first place.
And that's an easy thing to fake too, since all they would have had to do is print the answers out, crumple and fold it themselves, and then scan the paper back in. Slacking.

This was created whit scan of empty paper and than superimposing text on it, He also run some kind of noise function on the text to make it look more used.
Whoever made that fake should at least print it out before scanning back in to make it look more belivable.

Oscar Winners leaked?
It is absolutely impossible for this to be real correct? There is no way the Oscar Winners are shared with anyone including the officers of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences correct?

It sure makes me want to change my answers to the $100 ballot question that's going on! And it is certainly fake -- if the gray lines of the background are supposed to be the wrinkles of a smoothed and scanned piece of paper, why then isn't the font over those "wrinkles" distorted in any way? Fake fake fake.

100% Fake. The sound mixers stated for TDK are actually the sound mixers of Wall-E. Tom Myers

Definitely fake. You can tell because the 'paper' is supposedly crumpled in sections on the page, but the font which is supposedly printed on the page is not crumpled or angled in any way. Someone grabbed a paper background or scanned a piece of paper, and then overlaid the text on it. From everything the Academy claims every year, -no one- knows the winners until they're announced except the independent 3rd party that counts the votes and delivers them by armoured truck. Proof from the Oscars.org website: "After final ballots are tabulated, only two partners of PricewaterhouseCoopers know the results until the famous envelopes are opened onstage during the Academy Awards presentation."

Its a fake, If you look at the fonts, they are all straight even where they should be bent like paper. This was created whit scan of empty paper and than superimposing text on it, He also run some kind of noise function on the text to make it look more used.

Fake. Ever listen to the announcer at the end of the Oscar's broadcast. PricewaterhouseCoopers tallys the votes and prepares the envelopes for the broadcast. The Academy themselves don't even know the winners.
