Mahalo is adding a tip to all questions that don't offer a tip.
On Tuesday, 15 September 2009, I saw the latter half of a show on PBS about farming and growing food. Can anyone locate it for me?
What was the name of the show? Can you provide a link to the online video? I started viewing it when they were interviewing someone who had a degree in horticulture and he was showing how he grafted different fruits onto the base trunk, and who lived on Valshon Island, in Washington State. Later in the segment, and this is the part I'm interested in, was an interview with someone who started to raise and breed cattle on his property, because of his love for grass fed beef. Apparently, his earlier career had nothing to do with cattle ranching. I would like to know who this person is, and what did he do before hand.
Thanks a bunch.
