We have found Staples to be everything we want from an office supply store. We use the retail store now and then, but find great value in using the on line store. Home / office delivery of orders is within a day or two of ordering and seldom are items back-ordered.
We also utilize the Staples Rewards program. The credits for office supplies, photo copy center and shipping center add-up very quickly. They also offer a handsome payment for recycling printer cartridges. It's really nice to get a big check in the mail each month for use at the store.
Besides purchasing standard office supplies, we have also found Staples to be a good source for other items as well. Office chairs, lighting and desk accessories are often placed on sale at reasonable prices. We have even found computers and peripherals on sale at prices lower than we could find elsewhere.

I second that. I love Staples. On top of it being a great office supply store, I sometimes find myself in there shopping for no apparent reason and then find something I was looking for. Strange how that works.
