Open source PHP memetracker so I can put RSS feeds in and get most important, just like techmeme or google news?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Drupal has an open source meme tracker (http://drupal.org/project/memetracker). It works with Google News, Techmeme, Polymeme, Tailrank and Megite.

Hi,
Pligg.com is an example of a open source which uses PHP - http://www.pligg.com/download.php.
Unfortunately it is not in PHP. It requires Python as well.
