Which is the best Online Market place to get quality, cheap deals for electronic items ? Has to ship to Sri Lanka.

Which provides the best shipping to worldwide as well as cheap quality items ?

In general I would say, Amazon, and that will be true in most cases, however what I do to get the best prices is to check Shopping.com:

And then check all the options that I'm given.
To get your stuff to Sri Lanka you will need an International Courier like DHL:
http://www.dhl.com/splash.html
Then when you have choosen what and where to buy, you will need to make sure that Amazon (or your selected shop) sends your stuff to DHL (or your selected courier) there you will have a mail box that will deliver all your stuff directly to Sri Lanka.
In other words, the Courier wil give you a mail box in the united states that is connected by them to Sri Lanka.
When buying online remember to take in to account several variables, like weight and shipping cost, for example when your buy goes above 25$, Amazon will often offer you "Free super saving Shipping" that's a slow but safe shipping for free inside the US, very useful if you ask me, and has saved me a lot of money in the past (and in the future I hope).
But be carefull, not all the shops inside Amazon have this offering and many hide shipping fees that you don't notice until you reach the payment page.
When buying in Amazon, be sure to check all the opportunities that you have available, for example the Golden Box:

Hi, I would say ebay as the bidding system means you can get items for a bit cheaper than the usual price. I always look for things on ebay before look for them at other sites.

If you have an ebay account the amount you will pay for postage for an item will be automatically calculated and displayed.

You can usually get loads of cheap electrical items off ebay no problem.

new egg is cheap but it they dont ship to shri lanka i think

amazon, newegg, tigerdirect are all great sites to buy stuff from! Especially amazon; they have wide variety of products offering great prices. However, sometimes these sites dont provide international shipping to buyers. But, I have used a parcel forwarding company called Shipito in the past when I had to buy from amazon. Shipito guys were great, they gave me a US address, once I had done my shopping from amazon I gave them the shipito address and after the shipito guys recvd my parcel they then forwarded me my stuff. It was easy and convinient plus I could buy whatever I wanted online knowing I could get it shipped to me :)
